I offer a range of virtual support services designed to make your business or community work easier and more organised, including:

Social Media Management: Creating and scheduling posts, designing graphics, and writing engaging captions to help you stay active online and connect with your audience.

Application Support: Assisting with funding, grant, and benefit applications — from completing forms and drafting supporting statements to ensuring everything is submitted accurately and on time.

Basic Admin Support: Handling everyday administrative tasks such as preparing documents, sending professional emails or letters, organising files, and coordinating small projects or events.

How do we communicate and share tasks?

We can keep in touch easily via email or telephone — whichever works best for you. However, I prefer to communicate primarily by email, as it helps keep everything clear, organised, and easy to reference. I’m flexible and happy to adapt to your needs, ensuring our communication is always smooth, professional, and efficient.

What are your working hours and availability?

I’m available Monday to Friday, from 10am to 4pm. I’m not available outside of these hours, so please plan accordingly to get the most out of my support.

How do you ensure confidentiality and data security?

I take confidentiality and data security very seriously. I am registered with the ICO and fully comply with UK data protection laws. I also have secure electronic systems in place to protect your data. All information you share with me is treated with the utmost care and discretion. You can trust that your business information is safe in my hands.

Can you handle urgent or last-minute tasks?

I understand that sometimes urgent tasks come up. To ensure I can accommodate your needs, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for last-minute or urgent requests. My availability is Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm, so getting in touch early helps me prioritise your tasks effectively.

What tools or software do you use?

I use a range of reliable and secure tools to deliver efficient virtual support. These include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Drive) for admin and document management.

For design and content creation, I use Canva, and for social media scheduling and planning, I work with platforms such as Meta Business Suite and Later.

I also use Zoom for meetings, Eversign for electronic signatures, and LastPass for secure password sharing when needed. All tools are chosen for their security, reliability, and ease of collaboration.

How do you charge for your services? Is there a minimum commitment?

My pricing is simple and transparent. You can choose to pay hourly or per project, depending on the service you need.

  • Social Media Management: £30 per post
  • Basic Admin Support: £20 per hour
  • Application Support: From £30 – £50 per application

There’s no long-term commitment required — you can book as little as one hour of admin support or one individual service at a time.

Invoices are issued for completed work and payment is due within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. All terms are clearly outlined in a written agreement to ensure transparency and trust.

Can you help with one-off projects or only ongoing support?

I can support you with both one-off projects and ongoing admin support. Whether you need help with a single task or regular assistance, I offer flexible services to suit your needs.

How quickly can you start working with me?

I can usually get started within a week, depending on my current availability. Once we’ve had a consultation and the contract is signed, I’ll confirm your start date and begin supporting you as agreed.

What happens if I need to change or cancel the service?

You can cancel the service at any time. I just ask that you provide at least 5 days’ notice so I can plan accordingly. If you need to make any changes to your service, I’ll be happy to discuss options that work for you. Please note that refunds are not issued for unused retainer hours.
